H3 Catalyst Bench
H3 Catalyst Bench
Top of the Food Chain

The Bodyforce H3 Catalyst Bench does more than any bench on the market. Dumbbells to Ab exercises, the H3 has you covered. The Catalyst Bench also GLIDES into place, allowing you to find that “sweet spot” under the barbell quickly and easily. It then securely locks into place. This is all accomplished without ever getting up. After trying the H3 you won’t go “static” ever again.

Looking for something bigger?  The H3XL is longer and has more travel than the standard H3 Catalyst Bench.  It also has a few additional functions.  This bench is capable of seated leg press, utilizing the Resistance Multiplier Attachment.  The standard H3 bench can perform 2:1 ratio leg press where 1 lb = 0.5 lb.  The H3XL with Resistance Multiplier can achieve a 1:1 ratio, making the full weight of the stacks available.  Reduce stress on your shoulders when performing barbell/dumbbell work.

Just like the X9, we have future proofed the H3 by carefully placing attach points at strategic locations throughout. This allows you to take advantage of all current and future options combined. Learn More About The Design Of The Machine

Solid As A Rock!

The H3 is rated for well over 1000 lbs so you can focus your attention on the bar over you rather than the bench underneath. The H3 rides on two 30mm solid steel guide rods (most barbells are 25 or 30mm to give you and idea how strong this is) with bearing trucks injected with 25% fiberglass distributing the load. They will never break or wear down.

Mind the Gap!

Close the gap between seat and long back with our specially designed gap pad. Most manufacturers overlook the problem of that small canyon joining the front and back of your bench. Guaranteed your back doesn’t forget about it. We have solved this problem. Learn More About The Design Of The Machine

Glide Forward and Back

This feature allows you to “glide” into the lifting position quickly putting you in perfect position to begin your lift. The H3 is not the only “movable bench” on the market, but most competing designs rely on wheels rolling on the floor which does not work well compared to Bodyforce’s patent pending design. Combine the H3 with the Bodyforce Dumbbell Spotting system and you’ll have the most superior dumbbell lifting platform on the market with the ability to lift straight up, placing zero torque on your shoulders as is common with other dumbbell spotting systems.

Seated Leg Press

The H3’s ability to glide forward and back combined with a seat that adjusts to the vertical position, make for a unique and effective seated leg press. This is a great way to take vertical pressure off your back (as is common with barbell squats) while still working your legs. With more than 700 pounds of available resistance, the H3 teamed with X9, create a powerful platform to work quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and more. The X9 allows you to adjust not only the height but also width of foot position to target specific areas of interest. Learn More About The Design Of The Machine

Ab Bench Arms

With two independent, linear bearing carriages traveling on massive 40mm hardened steel guide rods the X9 packs some serious punch! Combine this with a list of optional attachments and the possibilities are nearly endless. You can attach “twist handles” for isolateral press (Military/Incline/Decline/Flat), add shoulder pad or foot attachments for squat and vertical leg press. Deadlift your way to fantastic core, back and glutes or pull the weight directly “through” your body to simulate the popular “farmers walk”. Tell us about something you are interested in and we might just be able to create a carriage attachment to suite your needs. Learn More About Our Carriage Design

Extreme Decline

With the ability to decline to 85 degrees you will not find a steeper Decline Bench on the market. We designed the H3 with an extra long seat back that gives you more room to move than most FID benches on the market.Learn More About The Design Of The Machine

Bench Locking System

We utilize special PT (pull/twist) pull pins to lock and unlock allowing quick bench adjustments. The H3XL uses a reinforced locking system to lock the bench into one of 15 different positions. The holes for locking are protected with a separate stainless steel metal strip for a lifetime of use. Locking and unlocking couldn’t be easier…Pull, twist and you’re locked…Pull, twist and you’re unlocked. All these easily accessed while sitting or laying on the bench. Learn More About The Design Of The Machine

Bullet Proof Construction

The H3 and H3XL Catalyst Bench utilizes 35mm solid guide rods, hardened rollers with bearings embedded inside. Bench tubing is reinforced in multiple directions. During assembly lay the guide rods into the provided cradels and clamp down. We could have stopped there but we further reinforced with a center bolt that goes directly into the guide rod itself. One more example of Bodyforce going the extra mile. Learn More About The Design Of The Machine
